This page explains what EllumeShop collects on the website and how the free app downloads, contact form, and analytics work.

Short version

EllumeShop collects only practical website and lead details.

EllumeShop is a public website for free apps and practical tools. The website may collect contact details you submit, basic analytics after cookie consent, and download-related lead details when you request an installer.

Forms

Contact and download forms

When you submit the contact or checkout form, EllumeShop receives the details you enter, such as name, email, phone, company, role, address, selected plan, preferred payment method, and message. When you request a ElluMed CRM download, EllumeShop asks for your name and email address, with phone number optional. The download form also includes the selected download, source page, and timestamp so follow-up is easier.

Form submissions are processed through EllumeShop's server-side mail endpoint and delivered to EllumeShop through Gmail. The checkout page also includes a copy fallback in case the mail service cannot confirm delivery.

Cookies

Google Analytics

EllumeShop uses Google Analytics to understand site visits and which pages are useful. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. If you decline, the site saves that choice in your browser and does not load Google Analytics for that browser.

Internal owner browsing can be excluded by opening the site once with ?ellume_internal=1. Opening the site with ?ellume_internal=0 removes that local browser setting.

Downloads

GitHub release downloads

ElluMed CRM installers are hosted on GitHub Releases. When you continue to download, your browser leaves EllumeShop and opens the selected GitHub download URL. GitHub may process request information under its own policies.

Public download totals, when shown, come from GitHub release assets. EllumeShop does not send download click events to Google Analytics for browsers marked as internal.

Local app

ElluMed CRM patient data stays local in the app.

The current ElluMed CRM desktop app is local-first. Patient records, queue entries, consultations, and prescriptions are stored in the local SQLite database on the clinic computer. The public EllumeShop website does not receive patient records from your local ElluMed CRM installation.
